Any issues we had were mostly maintenance issues within the apartment but no worries because Brian has been an amazing maintenance He ensures to fix and tends to any problems we have and always fixed the problems. We appreciate Woodhill staffing

submitted by Jillian D. - |Recommended: NoCommunication skills might be deal breaker — By all looks, the apartments are good, I'm perfectly satisfied. Not luxury or anything, but they aren't meant to be for the price. The grounds are pretty too. If you have no serious maintenance issues, you would have nothing to complain about. The maintenance, and more importantly the communication issues I'm having might be a deal-breaker though. I've had the same issue several times over in the past few months that was supposed to have been fixed but now forces me to find another place to shower because the ceiling leaks and drips and grows mold. It would be tolerable if I could get reliable responses out of the staff about when and how any given issue would get fixed, but each time I put a maintenance request in, I wait weeks for an autogenerated we responded to your request email that provides no real information. Or the staff call and don't leave a message if I'm unable to answer at school. I don't get back home until after business hours so I don't get to talk to anyone. Then I get to wonder what was done and if it will actually solve the problem. It's not fair to the tenants to leave them hanging like this. It should be standard protocol to respond either by phone or writing to a maintenance request with the specific plan for fixing it even BEFORE anything is done so that proper expectations can be set. It is very frustrating not to know anything but have to deal with these problems going unfixed until who-knows-when. It's not that hard to send a message or leave the voicemail just to update someone, in fact it's typical customer service. Please come up with a better system. Now I have to try and figure out if I have to hire my own plumber and take the cost from my rent because I don't know when this will get fixed or if the maintenance staff are even capable of fixing it for good this time.

Also I cant pay separately with my roommates i can only pay all or nothing. Literally have to go setup a joint banking account just to pay rent.

The staff from the Management Team to Maintenance all make us feel cared for by the prompt attention they show to our needs or situations. They make us feel like we are family and not problems they have to deal with just because it’s their job. It is an extremely great feeling to have and it all begins with the smiles they greet each of us with when we walk through the doors of the office.
