|Recommended: YesThings That Are Broken And Pest Con — From the water pump leaking before plugging up the washing machine to the little critters popping up as we have already head so go in and deep clean again Because there were left over dead bugs and dirt and grime was not something we were looking forward too on move in day- the weekend. Over all the apartments looks nice and has an open floor plan. With ample kitchen storage we love the patio area. The damages in the apartment are the only things bothering us. The only read why maintenance is rated low is because I haven’t had any maintenance come by yet

|Recommended: YesWas A Great First Place — It was definitely great for my first apartment. Great location, around the corner from anywhere you would need to really go to. The staff is super nice, I cannot complain about them at all. Maintenance seems hit or miss, I just seemed to be on the miss side, but that is okay. For a first apartment or a short time place to have for a few years, they will do just fine. Outside of things taking too long to get maintenance to fix or them not fixing them at all, I have 0 other complaints. The neighborhood is gorgeous.
|Recommended: YesSuper Nice People And Complex — I lived at Woodhill for a year while working in Augusta. I couldn't be happier with the staff and the accommodations. No matter what the issue was, they were very timely at helping me. I would definitely live there again if the opportunity arose. Great people and great community

|Recommended: NoVery Good Location But Some Residents Are Inconsiderate — The location is great the place has potential to be better but some of the people the let live here are are very rude and incosiderate. They have a new property manager. The old one did not keep up with maintenance of the pool and rules were not enforced since people with pets leave their droppings everywhere and don't pick up after them. There is always track or some sort of furniture of debree outside the dumpsters which ruins the image of the place and pool is not well maintained . The pool area could use a good remodeling.
|Recommended: YesI Am Happy With My Apartment And With Management, Courtney Young And Staff — I have lived here in my same apartment for 8 yr and 5 mos and I like the apartment community and how maintenance is responsive to work order requests. Response to calls with questions about the apartment is the most important thing to me because it is the reason I live in an apartment. I depend on having someone come and address whatever issues I might have and they do. I would recommend this community to anyone.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Place To Live. — It's in a nice location with a playground, tennis courts, swimming pool, gym, and barbecue area. Units are nice for its age. Maintenance is responsive and the staff Courtney and co. is the absolute best. They take care of ya.
